Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Area Sales Manager located in Surat. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, managing sales teams, conducting market research, and maintaining customer relationships. The Area Sales Manager will also be responsible for managing sales channels, developing promotional programs, and negotiating contracts.
Qualifications
- Solid experience in sales, business development, and customer service
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Experience in managing sales teams and sales channels
- Ability to analyze market trends, conduct market research, and identify business opportunities
- Understanding of sales lifecycle, including lead generation, prospecting, and sales closure
- Ability to manage budgets, develop promotional programs, and negotiate contracts
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
- Fluent in English and local language
