Job Overview
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Housekeeping Junior to join our team at Webindia Inc. As a Housekeeping Junior, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of our company's premises. This is a full-time position based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in housekeeping or a similar role.
- Proven ability to maintain cleanliness and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning chemicals.
- Good physical stamina and ability to perform tasks that require lifting and bending.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills
Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of all areas within the company premises, including offices, meeting rooms, washrooms, and common areas.
- Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors and carpets.
- Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper disposal of waste.
- Clean and sanitize restroom facilities, replenish supplies as necessary.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify the supervisor when supplies need to be replenished.
- Report any maintenance issues or damage to the supervisor.
- Assist in setting up and organizing meeting rooms for company events.
- Follow proper safety procedures and use cleaning chemicals and equipment correctly.
- Adhere to company policies and regulations regarding cleanliness and hygiene.
- Contribute to maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
