Job Description :We are seeking a talented Product Manager to join iAastha Team. You will play a crucial role in driving product strategy, managing the product lifecycle, and ensuring successful product launches.Responsibilities :Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.Conduct market research, user interviews, and competitor analysis to identify user needs and market opportunities.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to prioritize features and define product requirements.Create and maintain product documentation, including user stories, wireframes, and specifications.Conduct user acceptance testing and gather feedback to refine and improve product features.Monitor product metrics and user feedback to iterate and enhance product performance.Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for product innovation.Work closely with stakeholders to manage expectations, communicate progress, and ensure timely delivery.Requirements :Previous experience as a Product Manager in a startup environmentStrong understanding of product management methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products from concept to market.Understanding the product offerings and managing new deliverablesCommunication, Management skillsExperience in digitization, automation of the business processesOwn the product roadmap.Execute product strategy.Drive action throughout the organization to get products to market.Plan and carry out product launches.Provide insight to stakeholders on the product and market.Provide product marketing with insights on key differentiators and messages.Good to have software programming backgroundExcellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and user insights to drive product decisions.Passion for innovation, user-centered design, and creating exceptional user experiences.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.Join us as a Product Manager and be part of an exciting journey to shape and deliver innovative products.
