Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Consultant. The Associate Consultant will be responsible for supporting project leaders by conducting research, performing quantitative analysis, and contributing to the synthesis of findings. The Associate Consultant will also contribute to the development of client deliverables, and work with project teams to support their execution. With a focus on data analytics and insights, this role requires hands-on learning and execution to deliver projects that have a clear impact on clients. Qualifications Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills Strong in Business Understand, Logical Reasoning and ability to get work done Good written and verbal communication skills Ability to drive work through others Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, excellent in Excel and data automation Experience with SQL, Python will be an added advantage Knowledge of data visualization and business intelligence tools like Tableau will be an added advantage Ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field Prior experience in consulting or related field a plus.Job tags
