Job description
Requirements:
Should have excellent communication skills (both Verbal & Written)
3 - 5 years of experience in providing customer support
Establishing a cordial relationship with the clients so as to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
Should have exposure on US client interaction (Voice Process)
Job Details:
Responsible for providing support to USA/ Canada clients via phone, online chat & e-mail, troubleshooting issues reported by clients, supplemental QA activities, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction. Basic knowledge of networking concepts & MS SQL Server will be a plus.
Experience:
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience
