Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Technical Support Manager located in Chandigarh. The Technical Support Manager will be responsible for managing a team of technical support representatives, monitoring team performance, and ensuring prompt and effective resolution of customer issues. The Technical Support Manager will also be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining communication with customers, and providing technical support to customers as needed.

Qualifications

• Customer Satisfaction, Customer Support, and Customer Service skills
• Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
• Experience managing a team of technical support representatives
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Experience working in the technology industry is a plus
• Experience with Fire Alarm, CCTV , Access control systems of major OEM's like Bosch, Tyco, Pelco, Axis, Honeywell, etc.
