Purpose - Broad objective of the role
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Manager to join our dynamic Corporate Strategy & Innovations team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving the company's growth by identifying, building, and architecting innovative solutions across diverse domains. You will be responsible for building a strong team culture, fostering creativity, and ensuring the successful execution of strategic initiatives. Minimum qualification & experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Experience: 6-8 Years Locations : Pune and Bangalore Other knowledge/skills Proven track record of building and architecting innovative solutions: A strong understanding of any of the domains like telecom, cloud, wireless, robotics, drones, quantum, or Named Data Networks. A demonstrably keen interest in exploring emerging technologies and applying them to develop creative solutions. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills: Ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing. Effectively collaborate and build relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the organization. Inspire and motivate your team through clear communication and strong leadership. Leadership and team management: Foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous learning. Provide clear direction, feedback, and support to team members. Additional desirable skills: Project management skills, ideally with awareness of Agile methodologies and Kanban boards. Familiarity with programming frameworks used in development and innovation activities. Certification around cloud and security is a plus. Key Responsibilities Proven experience in Full Stack Development Lead the development and execution of the corporate strategy: Analyze market trends, competitor landscape, and emerging technologies. Identify new business opportunities and architect innovative solutions. Partner with cross-functional teams to translate strategy into actionable plans. Monitor and track progress against strategic objectives. Propose and implement innovative solutions: Deeply understand various domains like telecom, cloud, wireless, robotics, drones, quantum, and Named Data Networks. Identify and evaluate emerging technologies and their potential applications. Develop and present compelling solution designs to senior leadership. Lead cross-functional teams in implementing innovative solutions. Collaborate effectively with stakeholders: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization. Communicate complex information clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing. Negotiate and influence effectively to secure buy-in and resources. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices: Actively participate in industry events and conferences. Network with other innovation professionals. Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies. Software development Proven experience in Full Stack Development or similar role Proven experience developing web and mobile applications Proven experience deploying large scale cloud-based applications and API based services Familiarity with common technology stacks across web and mobile applications Sound knowledge of solution architectures and design Proficiency in multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g., HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML, Bootstrap) Experience in multiple back-end languages (e.g., Go,C/C++,C#, Java, Python) and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular, VUE, Node.js) Familiarity with databases (e.g., MySQL, Cassandra, MongoDB), web servers (e.g., Apache, NGINX) and UI/UX design Proficiency in native mobile application development (Android, iOS) Proven experience with cloud platforms and deployment (e.g., AWS, Azure) Familiarity with API management platforms (e.g., Kong, WSO2) Understanding of Windows Kernel, networking in windows Understanding of data structures & algorithms Experience working with GitHub and Jira Experience working with networking, VPN and security related products will be a plusJob tags
