Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled US Accountant & Tax Consultant to join our team. This role will be responsible for providing accounting and tax services to our clients across North America. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in US accounting and tax, be comfortable working in a full-time position, and be able to work from our office in Gandhinagar, Gujarat, India. Qualifications and Skills

• Inter CA, Semi qualified CA, or CA Dropout
• 1 to 3 years of experience in US accounting and tax
• Comfortable working from 03:00 PM to 12:00 AM
• Immediate joiner preferred
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and tax regulations
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial statements, tax returns, and other accounting documents in compliance with US GAAP
• Assist clients in implementing and maintaining accounting systems and processes
• Provide tax planning and consulting services to clients
• Research and resolve accounting and tax issues
• Stay up-to-date with changes in US accounting and tax regulations
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction
• Train and mentor junior team members
• Assist in the development and improvement of accounting and tax processes
