Roles & Responsibilities:

Compliance:

Responsible to prepare/ frequent validation and ensure robust data compliance and management – GDPR compliance & relevant privacy clauses.

Review and monitor mobility data through the compilation of reports to ensure data quality is maintained.

Use professional and logical judgement to review outputs of reports and ensure the data correctly reflects activities and employee status remains accurate.

Monitor and produce relevant compliance dashboards reports, acting where required to find a resolution in accordance with law of the land.

Identify compliance automation and simplification areas.

Analyze information to identify and determine the level of risk to come up with possible solutions and mitigation plans.

Work with multiple stakeholders (Travel, Mobility, GEO HR, Vendors, HR operations, Compensation, Finance, Payroll, taxation team etc.) to ensure target timelines are met for various compliance actions that organization has set forth.

Accountable to maintain accurate date for every country of operation related to mobility.

Global Mobility:

Ensures Mobility practices continue to align with Company goals and employee experience point of view.

Extensive coordination with stakeholders for initiatives on mobility-based assignments, oversight of immigration support, supplier performance management and escalation management.

Monitors key data from relocation, tax, and immigration providers; identifies potential trends and offers cost effective solutions to effectively respond.

Builds and maintains successful, trusting relationships with all relevant business and enabling stakeholders.

Provides excellent customer experience to all expats travelling with on the ground support until the settlement of employee in a region.

Key Qualification / Eligibilities:

Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, Finance.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Min. Intermediary)

Ability to take own initiative and work independently.

Ability to communicate clearly verbally and in writing.

Strong knowledge of general HR practices, policies, and guidelines.

Proven organizational and analytical skills.

Detail oriented and high attention to deal.

Takes own initiative by proposing new routines and seeking proactive solutions to problems.

Manages conflict resolution.

Cultural agility, high degree of empathy and ability to manage ambiguity.
