Job description

Supervise warehouse staff,including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
Coordinate and oversee receiving, storing, and shipping of equipmentaccording to company standards and procedures.
Develop and implement efficient warehouse procedures to maximizeproductivity and minimize errors.
Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts andreconciliations.
Optimize warehouse layout and storage methods to maximize spaceutilization and efficiency.
Monitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics, such as inventoryturnover, order fulfillment rates, and on-timedelivery.
