Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Support Executive located in Jaipur. The Technical Support Executive will be responsible for managing incoming support requests, resolving technical issues, and providing technical assistance for customers and clients. They will also have to collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical problems, and provide training and support to other employees as needed.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical clients
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively while under pressure
• Previous experience in a technical support or customer service role is preferred
• Good Personality
• Self Vehicle (Two Wheler)
