Qualifications And Skills - Previous experience as a Housekeeping Attendant Room Boy or similar role is preferred.
- Knowledge of housekeeping procedures and techniques.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy objects.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Certification in housekeeping or hospitality management is a plus.
Roles And Responsibilities - Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of assigned guest rooms and public areas.
- Make beds, change linens, and provide fresh towels for guests.
- Dust furniture, sweep/vacuum floors, and clean/wash windows as necessary.
- Clean and maintain bathrooms, including replenishing toiletries and supplies.
- Empty trash containers and dispose of waste in a hygienic manner.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor.
- Assist guests with any inquiries or requests in a polite and professional manner.
- Adhere to hotel policies and procedures to ensure efficient and high-quality service.
- Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to achieve departmental goals.
- Attend training sessions and meetings as required.
