Role Description This is a full-time role for a Business Development Manager - Influencer Marketing. This is an on-site role located in Gurugram. Responsibilities: Identify and prospect potential brand partners for influencer marketing collaborations Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, agencies, and marketing professionals Understand client objectives and propose tailored influencer marketing solutions Negotiate and close partnership agreements with brands Collaborate with the internal team to ensure successful campaign execution and client satisfaction Ensure release of timely payments from the Clients Stay updated with industry trends, competitor analysis, and market insights Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company Requirements: 5 to 7 years of experience working with a Marketing Agency, preferably Influencer Marketing Agency Strong network and connections with brands in the industry Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently In-depth knowledge of influencer marketing strategies, best practices, and industry trends Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment If you are the one who would like to be one of the founding team members of an amazing and promising startup, please submit your resume and a cover letter explaining your qualifications and interest in this role.
