Purpose of the role:
At More Retail Pvt Ltd, we've experienced a wonderful period of growth as the direct result of increased efficiency and productivity. To continue on this trajectory, we're strengthening our HR Operations team. One of the key roles in HR Operations team is Officer-SSC. This role ensures that employee lifecycle management is managed on system with precision
Principal Responsibilities:
. Managing bulk employee onboarding on system
. Grievance management via a ticketing system
. Resolving employee queries on helpdesk within TAT
. Managing exit clearance process
. Closing working with Rewards team on employee promotions
. Ensuring employee documentation as per statutory compliances and Audit requirements
. Following HR processes with diligence
Reports and MIS management of 10,000+ employees
Other Requirement:
. 2-3 years of experience in HR Operations.
. Must have experience of minimum 1 year in employee lifecycle management on a HRIS software.
. Should be flexible to work from office location.
. Should be flexible to stretch on Saturdays based on work-load.
. Graduate/Post-graduate.
