Job Description Senior Financial Accountant Manager 3-7 Years work experience and should be from Hyderabad only Minimum Tenure at current & past Jobs of 1.5 Years Should be from Top 25 companies (Pharmaceutical, Real Estate, FMCG) and Hands on experience in Tax filling etc., Education Qualifications CA related Certifications are Mandatory Candidates should hold Bachelors / Masters from Top 100 Institutions (NIRF) Roles, Tasks And Goals Maintaining proper accounting records Assessing financial risks and suggesting preventive measures Liaising with clients, business partners, auditors and vendors, Reconcile accounts payable and receivable Ensuring complete compliance with the state authorities Investigating and rectifying any financial discrepancies Conducting internal and external audits Analyzing the companys financial systems and procedures Preparing and forecasting budget reports Preventing or suggesting ways to stop any fraudulent activities Negotiating monetary terms with vendors Ensure timely bank payments Compute taxes and prepare tax returns Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements Report on the companys financial health and liquidity Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary Comply with financial policies and regulations Personal Attributes Positive Attitude, High Energy and Cultured Strong Work Ethic to be Self-Motivated and to go beyond Goals Innovative with Ability to Think Outside the Box Resourceful with Ability to Hustle for Results Multitasker with Ability to Manage evolving Priorities SOP Mindset with Attention to Detail Problem Solve Mindset with Analytical Ability Team Player with Build, Leadership, Training Skills Excellent Writing, Presentation and Speaking Skills Work Location: Hyderabad Start Date: As soon as Possible (max 30 days Notice period) Payroll: 12 - 15 Lakhs per AnnumJob tags
