Key Responsibilities - Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry, particularly in marketing and sales strategies.
- Conduct thorough research or utilize networks and contacts to identify potential leads and drive the generation of new business for architecture and engineering services, including BIM, Architectural/Structural, and MEP services, within assigned territories.
- Lead efforts to secure new business deals by coordinating requirements, negotiating contracts, and aligning contract terms with business operations.
- Engage with prospective clients through various mediums, including social media, phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
- Deliver compelling presentations to clients and lead discussions to highlight the benefits and value of our services.
- Oversee the progress of marketing and sales opportunities from initiation to closure, including pipeline development, management, and forecasting.
- Drive initiatives to achieve monthly/quarterly/annual revenue objectives, ensuring consistent growth and profitability.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes impacting the AEC sector, adapting strategies accordingly.
- Effectively communicate technical and business value propositions to key stakeholders within the industry.
- Cultivate strong relationships with Architects, Consultants, and Contractors to support their project needs and requirements.
- Utilize networks and contacts to explore business opportunities, identify target accounts, generate prospect funnels, manage the sales cycle, map accounts, and close deals.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction and nurture long-term relationships.
- Oversee and manage a team of Business Development/Sales professionals by providing guidance, support, and leadership to drive team performance and achieve collective goals.
Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Marketing & Sales within the AEC Industry.
- Experience working in US/UK/Canada/Middle East markets preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and exhibit fluency in English with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience working with Autodesk or similar BIM software solutions preferred.
