Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive at Maxxmann Communications. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for HR management, HR operations, employee relations, HR policies, and other Human Resources-related tasks. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing effective HR strategies to support business objectives and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
Qualifications
- 0-1 years Experience in HR management, HR operations, and employee relations.
- Thorough knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
- Very well expertise in MS Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- MBA in Human Resources or Business management.
- Experience working in the IT industry is preferred.
- Good ability to audit.
