Redis Database Administrator with HALocation : Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaJob Type : Full-TimeCompany : Securemax Job Description :- We are seeking a highly skilled Redis Database Administrator with experience in implementing and maintaining high availability (HA) solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and ensuring the performance, security, and scalability of Redis databases in a high-demand production environment.Key Responsibilities :1. Database Management : Manage, monitor, and maintain Redis databases to ensure optimal performance and availability.2. High Availability (HA) : Implement and maintain HA solutions for Redis, including clustering and failover configurations.3. Performance Tuning : Continuously monitor and fine-tune Redis for optimum performance and low latency.4. Security : Implement and manage security measures to protect sensitive data, following industry best practices.5. Backup and Recovery : Develop and maintain backup and recovery strategies to minimize data loss in case of failures.6. Scaling : Plan, implement, and automate the scaling of Redis infrastructure as needed to meet increasing demand.7. Troubleshooting : Identify and resolve database-related issues and outages in a timely manner.8. Automation Skills Preferred : Create and maintain scripts and tools for database automation, including provisioning and maintenance.9. Documentation : Maintain up-to-date documentation of the Redis infrastructure, configurations, and processes.10.Collaboration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, DevOps, and network administrators, to ensure the database environment aligns with application needs.Qualifications :1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).2. Proven experience as a Redis Database Administrator with expertise in HA setups.3. In-depth knowledge of Redis features, configurations, and administration.4. Strong Linux/Unix administration skills.5. Proficiency in scripting and automation, such as Bash, Python, or similar.6. Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.7. Understanding of networking and security principles.8. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.9.
