Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as a founder's office with a focus on growth and a generalist skillset. As the founders office, you will play a crucial role in supporting the overall growth strategy of our startup and ensuring operational excellence.
Responsibility
- Collaborate closely with the executive team to develop and execute growth strategies that align with our vision and goals.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new growth opportunities and potential partnerships.
- Drive cross-functional initiatives and projects to improve operational efficiency and drive revenue growth.
- Provide strategic and operational support to the executive team, including preparing presentations, reports, and other communication materials.
- Act as a key liaison between different teams within the organization, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
- Monitor key metrics and performance indicators to track the progress of growth initiatives and provide actionable insights.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify areas for innovation and differentiation.
- Support the CEO and executive team in various strategic and operational activities as needed.
Qualifications - Apply only if you have 1+ years of experience with US SaaS (growth/sales)
- Proven track record of driving growth and achieving results in a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate effectively with product, engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong passion for startups and entrepreneurship.
- Previous experience in a generalist role, with the ability to adapt and learn quickly in a dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
