-Must be able to devote at least 7-8 hours a day on a daily basis on Proactive and Productive basis.
-Its a challenging Work profile,requires determination and a self motivated attitude.
-Must be comfortable in Cold Calling the candidates on a daily basis.Have to Dial at least 100+ calls on daily basis on an average.
-Must have a Quiet Place/Private Room to operate the work conveniently.
- Fresher's are also welcomed.

Roles and Responsibilities of an HR Recruiter in a Recruitment Consulting Firm- -Communicate with clients to get a clear view on their hiring needs and organizational goals
-Research into clients company
Communicate with clients to determine their hiring needs
-Develop and implement strategies based on clients needs
-Research into competitors and market place
-Define job description and document specifications
-Identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels
-Create a candidate persona for each open position
-Conduct interviews through Calls
-Follow-up references and check credits
-Present shortlisted candidates to clients for further intrw process.
-Present detailed candidate profile summaries
-Build long-term client relationships
Research and develop recruiting leads
-Develop a sustainable candidate lead strategy
-running marketing,promotional campaighns
