Job Title: Senior Manager - Branding

Job Summary :

As a Senior Manager of Branding at Superhouse Education Foundation, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing the institution's brand image. This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the education sector, coupled with creative flair and effective leadership skills. The Senior Manager of Branding will lead a team responsible for developing and executing branding strategies to strengthen the institution's market position, drive enrollment, and enhance overall brand equity.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy Development:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive branding strategies aligned with the institution's mission, values, and goals.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor positioning, and audience perceptions to inform the brand strategy.
Brand Identity and Visual Communication:
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of a consistent and compelling brand identity across all communication channels.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to create visually appealing and cohesive marketing materials, including brochures, websites, social media, and advertisements.
Content Creation and Storytelling:
  • Craft compelling narratives that effectively communicate the institution's unique value proposition and resonate with target audiences.
  • Ensure the integration of brand messaging into various content formats, including articles, videos, and social media posts.
Digital and Social Media Management:
  • Lead digital marketing initiatives to enhance online brand presence.
  • Monitor and manage social media channels to maintain a positive brand image and engage with the community.
Event Planning and Sponsorships:
  • Identify opportunities for the institution to participate in relevant events and sponsorships that align with the brand strategy.
  • Coordinate and manage the institution's presence at events to maximize brand exposure.
Team Leadership and Development:
  • Build and lead a high-performing branding team, providing guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between branding efforts and overall marketing objectives.
Performance Measurement and Reporting:
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of branding initiatives.
  • Regularly analyze and report on the performance of branding campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of Proven experience in branding, marketing, or a related role, with a focus on the education sector preferred.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Creative thinking and a passion for storytelling.
