Job description
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Manager to join our team in Pune & Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in sales, preferably within the manufacturing sector, and a strong emphasis on working through channels and dealer networks. The role involves working across Maharashtra, targeting industries such as Cold Rooms, Industrial, Pharma, among others.
Responsibilities : - Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets within the designated territory, focusing on channel and dealer networks. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities through effective channel development aligned with the company's objectives. - Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, dealers, and channel partners. - Understand client needs and provide appropriate product solutions through the channel network. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery. - Prepare and present regular sales reports to the Sales Director.Job tags
