Job description

1. Understand, develop, and execute the technology strategy in alignment with overall business goals.
2. Identify emerging technology trends and innovations that could provide a competitive advantage.
3. Capable of designing and implementing the technology infrastructure, including networks, servers, and cloud services and able to define the technology architecture      to support scalability, security, and performance.
4. Oversee the development, deployment, and maintenance of software applications that meet the enterprise needs.
5. Collaborate with internal and external development teams to ensure coding standards, best practices, and quality assurance.
6. Guide and manage data storage, access, and security for inhouse IT team
7. Implement data analytics and business intelligence solutions to derive insights from data.8. Create, establish, and enforce cybersecurity policies to protect sensitive information and data.
9. Implement measures to mitigate technology-related risks and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
10.Evaluate and implement cloud services and application modernization strategies to bring flexibility, scalability, cost-efficiency, and innovation into the enterprise IT

ecosystem.
11. Manage relationships with cloud service providers and optimize cloud resource usage.
12. Vet, select and manage technology vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure service level agreements are met.
13. Experience in handling the elements of TCO, business case creation for application modernization, develop and manage the technology budget,allocating resources effectively to support business growth.
14. Build and lead a technology team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration,and continuous learning.15. Recruit, train, and mentor technical staff to achieve the enterprise technology goals.
16. Identify potential technology partnerships that can enhance the enterprise offerings or reach.
17. Collaborate with other departments to leverage technology for business development and customer engagement and Audit systems and assess their outcomes
18. Drive organizational change by introducing new and emerging technologies like and processes.
19. Ensure smooth transitions during technology implementations and upgrades.
20. Collaborate with the executive team to provide technology insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
21. Communicate technology initiatives and progress to internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications and Skills:
At least 15 years of experience with master’s degree in Computer Science,
Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience in technology leadership roles, preferably in highly dynamic and
startup environments.
Strong understanding of technology trends, emerging technologies, and industry best
practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
Strategic thinking and the ability to align technology initiatives with business
objectives.
Proficiency in project management, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Experience in cybersecurity, data privacy, and risk management.
Familiarity with cloud services, infrastructure, governance, and architecture.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
