Job description

Ensure satisfaction for customers by providing timely correct information as related to product

enquiry, furnishing product dispatch details, product stock related query (demand vs. supply),

payment outstanding, mode of payment, as well as remind customers on payment delay, if any

O2 Find new prospects through different sources (Indiamart, Zomato, References, Google Search,

etc.), understand their business needs, call them and schedule appointment for product

demonstration

O3 Label samples and final products 35

O4 Send Timesheet (Daily) and Weekly Sales Report (every Friday or Saturday) to supervisor, showing

plan for coming week, progress from running week (i.e. key activities performed, time spent on

each), etc.

O5 Coordinate with Distributors as & when required 18

O6 Handle inbound and outbound couriers 18

O7 Look after Proforma Invoice of all sales orders 18

O8 Finish all the tasks scheduled for the day before leaving -

O9 Handle customer calls at odd hours (if any) to ensure optimum customer satisfaction -
