Position: Sr. Manager – Purchase (PM)
Location: Vapi.
Experience: 10-12 Years

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies for packaging materials.
- Evaluate and select packaging material suppliers based on quality, cost, and reliability.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with packaging suppliers to secure favorable agreements.
- Maintain strong relationships with key packaging material suppliers to ensure a stable supply chain.
- Implement cost-effective procurement practices and conduct regular cost analyses.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and integrate packaging needs into procurement strategy.
- Collaborate with quality assurance to establish and maintain high-quality standards for packaging materials.
- Monitor and manage packaging material inventory levels efficiently.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks in the packaging material supply chain.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies in packaging procurement.
- Lead and mentor a team of procurement professionals focused on packaging materials.
- Foster a collaborative and performance-driven culture within the packaging procurement team.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in procurement and supply chain management, with a focus on raw materials.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain effective supplier relationships.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of relevant industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements.
- Leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
