a) Handling Cases against Company.
b) Preparing Written Statement
c) Management of Digital Brief
d) Management of Criminal Complaints against the
company.
e) Compliances of Judicial/non- judicial orders.
f) To process appeal against the Lower Court/CDRF
orders.
g) End to end storage process mechanism handling
skill.
h) Management 138 NI & Arbitration Proceedings
i) Advocate bills clearance management
j) Management of Legal MIS
Other pre-requirements
k) Should have handled 2W/3W products in current or
previous job profile
l) Hands on experience in MS office.
