It is an exciting time for Gigamon, as we lead the visibility market, capture opportunities worldwide, and expand into new markets. We have very aggressive growth plans for the coming years, and in support of this growth, we are seeking a Human Resources Coordinator for our HR team. They will work on Employee Query Management, Joining / Exit Formalities, and HR Operations activities. This position is based out of Chennai and will be reporting to the Manager – HR Operations, India. This team member will also work closely with the relevant stakeholders to provide support and bring in best-in-class Employee Experience.

Experience: 0 – 2 yrs in HR

Must have strong attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office

Education: UG or PG Specialized in Human Resources

Responsibilities:

• Supporting onboarding activities for new hires and scheduling the orientation sessions.
• Managing employee records & ensuring data accuracy in HR systems.
• Assisting with HR projects and initiatives such as policy updates or process improvements.
• Provide administrative support for HR team.
• Assist in maintaining HR files and documentation, including personnel files and HR-related databases.
• Partner and collaborate with other functions (Finance, IT, Facilities, Business stakeholders) regarding essential HR activities.
• Assist in employee offboarding process.
• Deliver a seamless and positive employee experience for all employees.
• Perform and support other duties and projects as assigned.
