Job Title: Key Account Manager for E-Commerce

Job Description:
- Managing End to End Sales Activity through the panels of assigned Portals.
- Responsible for Primary & Secondary sales as per budget
- Focus on collection on regular basis
- Pricing Management across designated platforms.
- Weekly DOC analysis for partners
- Plan monthly targets and forecast for 100% sell through
- Inventory Management to all partners
- Helping Customer care team in addressing customer queries.
- Internally coordinating with all the teams for smooth order processing and dispatching.
- Manage Returns and Credit Notes.
- MIS of Operations, Should have knowledge of Vendor center, PI, Helium and Flipkart Alpha
- Forecasting of Merchandise month wise and portal wise.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- MBA / Master's degree in Marketing from a premier institution
- An energetic go-getter with 7- 10 years of relevant experience
- Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills and the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly. Demonstrated active listening skills, highly consultative and solutions-oriented.
- Deep understanding of and passion for e-commerce desired.
- Experience with e-commerce, retail, advertising, or media would be an advantage.
- Strong excel based skills for pricing management, inventory planning.
Non -Negotiable requirement :
1) Should have worked as a B2B KAM only with Brands.
2) Knowledge of Marketing is a plus.
