Job description
Job Brief
As a Production Supervisor at Snapivite International Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for managing the production process of e-invitations and wedding gifting items. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering excellence in production.
Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate production activities to ensure schedules and quality standards are met.
Efficiently allocate resources to optimize production output while minimizing downtime.
Continuously monitor processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Lead and motivate production staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
Delegate tasks to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of production tasks.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to the team.
Implement measures to maintain high product quality, including inspections and audits.
Work with the inventory team to maintain stock levels of materials and components.
Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed to support production activities.
Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
Maintain accurate production records, including reports and inventory documentation.
Provide regular reports to management on production performance and key metrics.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field preferred.
Proven experience in production supervision, preferably in manufacturing or production.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Knowledge of production processes, particularly in printing or manufacturing, is advantageous.
