Job description
Experience : 7 to 10 yearsResponsibilities :- Lead and manage our engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, product, and marketing, to align engineering efforts with business goals.- Provide technical guidance and leadership in all aspects of software development, from design to deployment.- Drive the development and implementation of our MERN-based applications, ensuring they meet quality, scalability, and security standards.- Oversee and contribute to the development and maintenance of both web and mobile applications. - Lead the adoption of DevOps best practices to streamline development and deployment processes.- Maintain a strong focus on security, ensuring that our products are protected from potential vulnerabilities.- Implement and oversee Agile development practices, particularly SCRUM, and ensure project management best practices are followed.Requirements :- 7-10 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.- Strong technical background, with expertise in the MERN stack and full-stack development.- Proven experience in scaling products to accommodate high user demand.- Solid understanding of DevOps principles and practices.- Deep knowledge of security best practices in software development.- Experience working with SCRUM and Agile methodologies.- Exceptional project management skills, including the ability to prioritize, plan, and execute complex projects.- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a high-performing engineering team.- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
