Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Female Tele Sales Executive to join our client based at Vadodara & Ahmedabad at Sri Sai Overseas Recruitment. As a Tele Sales Executive, you will be responsible for contacting potential clients over the phone to promote our recruitment and consultancy services. This is a full-time position based in Vadodara, Gujarat, India, with a junior-level experience requirement of 1 to 3 years.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in tele sales or a similar role
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent command of English, Hindi, and Gujarati languages
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good negotiation and persuasive skills
- Target-oriented and result-driven
- Familiarity with Ahmedabad and Vadodara markets
- Proactive and confident approach to sales
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred)
Roles and Responsibilities
- Contact potential clients via phone to introduce and promote our recruitment and consultancy services
- Provide information about our services, understand clients' requirements, and offer tailored solutions
- Maintain a strong knowledge of our services, industry trends, and competitors
- Follow up with potential clients and manage a pipeline of leads
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs every month
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals
- Handle objections and resolve client concerns effectively
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales activities
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies and improve overall sales performance
