Night Shift
Responsibilities: • Design, install, and maintain VoIP systems and solutions, ensuring high availability and optimal performance
• Configure and manage network devices and services, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs
• Monitor network performance, identifying and resolving issues proactively to minimize downtime
• Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to design and propose solutions that meet client requirements
• Stay updated on industry trends and technologies, recommending improvements to enhance our offerings
• Provide technical support and guidance to clients and internal teams
Qualifications: • Proven experience in VoIP and network administration, with a strong track record of managing complex networks
• In-depth knowledge of networking protocols (e.g., IPSEC, HSRP, BGP, OSPF, 802.11, QoS) and VoIP technologies
• Familiarity with major VoIP systems and solutions, including configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization
• Experience with network security practices and devices, including firewalls and intrusion detection systems
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• While formal education in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is beneficial, we highly value practical experience and a demonstrated ability to deliver results
