This is a full-time role for a Leasing Advisor located on-site in New Delhi. The Leasing Advisor will be responsible for day-to-day market planning and research, communication, and transactions
Qualifications
- Market Planning and Market Research skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Marketing experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
