Job description
1. This position plays an integral part within the RCM practice at an account level.
2. Responsible for managing the P&L and maintain the revenue and margins.
3. Leads the service delivery for the account.
4. Will be accountable for the effective management of daily operations and delivery.
5. Manage large groups of professional billers, leads and managers and oversee operational
activities to ensure customer service and quality expectations are met.
6. Primary contact for coding questions relating to Client services and Operations. Will be
required to work closely with the sales and transition team during POCs
7. Review reports/ dashboard and investigate errors.
8. Understands quality matrices and work towards continuous process improvement.
9. Should manage multiple tasks and create solutions from available information.
