Customer Care Representative

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Care Representative located in Surat. The Customer Care Representative will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as achieving customer satisfaction, providing customer support, handling customer service inquiries and effectively communicating with customers through various channels.

• Excellent Interpersonal Skills and the ability to understand and empathize with customers
• Proven track record of achieving high levels of Customer Satisfaction
• Experience in Customer Support and related fields or industries
• Effective Communication Skills including fluency in English and preferably another language
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle a high volume of inquiries
• Aptitude to learn and ability to adapt to a dynamic and changing work environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related fields
• Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is a plus
