For more information on the Company, please log on to Designation Manager Business Excellence - Crop Protection Business Location Mumbai – Godrej One Job Purpose The primary purpose of this job is to support CEO – Crop Protection and Seeds Business and drive strategic transformation of the business. This will involve working on strategic projects, review of businesses and other bespoke pieces of analysis directly with the CEO end to end basis. Roles & Responsibilities: Work on projects related to portfolio strategy, growth strategy, operational efficiency improvement and business process improvement for CPB and Seeds Manage Sales Analytics and give insights to Sales Leadership on product wise region wise analysis of what is working and where can we improve. Support to CEO on bespoke requests (for e,g. Generating category/sector related information or new geography of interest, future ready critical projects, analytics) Support external communication for the CEO as per requirements (e.g. Global Supply Partners, Management committee presentations) Conduct competitive benchmarking and provide industry insights to support business decisions Support Long Range Planning and Annual Operating Planning for businesses and support in review mechanisms through the year Liaise with stakeholders across functions and levels to gain direction and alignment on key projects Educational Qualification: Strong academic background with Post graduation in business management / finance. (Graduation B Sc Agri preferred not mandatory) Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in strategy / finance or EA role Premier Institute B school Experience: 3 - 5 years relevant experience Skills: Excellent spoken and written communication. Project management ability and high-quality execution focus Ability to engage with senior stakeholders on a broad set of business topics Ability to research and synthesize ideas and communicate them in effective manner Ability to collaborate and build relationships across levels and functions High proficiency in analytical and presentation tools like Excel, Powerpoint, Power BI etc An inclusive Godrej Before you go, there is something important we want to highlight.
