Job description

Responsibilities:

• Build and lead a team of Sales Managers, fostering a dynamic agency.
• Guide and support Sales Managers in their initial stages for enhanced productivity.
• Ensure adherence to team confirmation norms.

Key Accountabilities:

Relationship Management:

• Cultivate strong relationships within the team and with internal and external customers.
• Oversee sales activities in the channel, ensuring effective management.

Channel Support and Sales Process Management:

• Handle end-to-end processes from sourcing to issuance and address post-issuance customer concerns.
• Manage financial aspects, meet targets, execute sales promotion activities, and ensure commission reconciliation.

Training and Product Support:

• Conduct ongoing training and skill development sessions for channels and employees, including onboarding for new hires.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any stream.
• Minimum of 2 years of proven work experience in Sales and Marketing.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
• Strategic thinker with excellent analytical skills.
