Job description
Roles and Responsibilities:
ï'·Handling Income Tax related matters and all tasks for the Parent Company, 5 Group
Companies and 4 Individual Files.
ï'·Handling Roc related all Tasks for the Parent company and 5 group companies.
ï'·Handling GST / Service Tax related Tasks (ex-Filing, Data Preparation, Accounting
Entries etc) for the Parent company and the Group Companies.
ï'·Attending the Internal Auditors and responding to their queries & Report.
ï'·Attending the Statutory Auditors and responding to their queries.
ï'·Finalization Books of Accounts & Drafting of Balance Sheet of the Parent company, 5
Group Companies and 4 Individual Files.
ï'·Handling various issues related to ERP and coordinating with HO.
ï'·Preparation of various MIS reports as and when required by the Management.
ï'·Responding / Working on the Emails received from HO.
ï'·Handling Accounts Payable, Vendor Reconciliation
ï'·Periodical Preview of Trade Payables and Sending MIS to the Management.
