Job Title: IVR Testing with Cyara Botium
Position: Senior Test Engineer
Experience: 4- 6 Years

We are looking for an experienced IVR Testing with Cyara Botium to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about coding and developing scalable and high-performance applications. You will work closely with our front-end developers, designers, and other members of the team to deliver quality solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Your future duties and responsibilities
• Design, develop and maintain Testing applications.
• Develop and implement efficient algorithms and data structures.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and troubleshoot software defects and issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality and standards are met
• Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in software development
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
Experience : IVR Testing with Cyara Botium
Experience in Conversational IVR , Digital Chatbot testing, Cyara Botium
End to End Individual contributor.
Experience: 3-6 Years
Must Have Skills:
- Member required minimum 2+ years working experience on IVR Testing using Cyara Botium Tool.
- Experience in automation testing - Web and API
Good to have :
- Proven data analysis and problem solving skills
- Conduct technical training with development teams
- Strong self-driven collaborator with ability to work in diverse teams as a contributing member
