Job description
We are looking out for a proven and motivated SAP Architect to join our team based out of Gurugram, who will play a crucial role in shaping and optimizing our SAP landscape to support our business goals and objectives. This position requires a deep understanding of SAP technologies, extensive experience in architecting SAP solutions, and the ability to lead a team of SAP professionals.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the SAP architecture strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and scalability.
- Lead a team of SAP professionals, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define SAP solutions, including system design, integration, and implementation.
- Define and execute a long-term SAP roadmap, identifying opportunities for optimization and innovation.
- Manage relationships with SAP vendors and partners, ensuring the selection of the right technologies and services.
- Oversee SAP security policies and procedures to safeguard company data and assets.
- Continuously monitor and improve the performance and efficiency of SAP systems.
- Lead change management efforts related to SAP implementations and upgrades.
- Manage the SAP budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions and resource allocation.
- Communicate SAP strategies, progress, and challenges to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
- Ensure that SAP systems comply with relevant regulations and standards.
Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 15-20 years of experience in SAP architecture and implementation.
- Proven experience leading and mentoring teams of SAP professionals.
- Deep technical knowledge of SAP technologies, including ECC, S/4HANA, SAP Cloud Platform, etc.
- Strong understanding of SAP best practices and industry trends.
- Project management experience is a plus.
- SAP certifications are a plus.
