The studio is engaged in creating sustainable, contextually appropriate design solutions, addressing from project formulation to construction documents, with new ways of understanding the often contradictory interrelations between the city, its people, architecture, and the world of interiors. The company is located in Pune.
Role & Responsibility
1. Liaison experience at PMC, PCMC, and PMRDA.
2. Liaison experience at Revenue Department (Collector, SDO. Tehsildar, Circle and Talathi) at Haveli Taluka, Pune City Taluka, and Mulshi Taluka preferably.
3. Good interpersonal skill.
4. Nurturing relations with Govt. officials
5.Knowledge of building and construction
6.Legal/Bylaws Knowledge
7.Preparing and Checking municipal drawings for Layout Sanction for EC , Building permission sanction, NOC's
8.Coordinate with client with respect to phase wise sanction
9.Report and update Management about the status of submission of documents
