YOUR ROLE Part of ST Technology R&D organization, 'Silicon Qualification Hub' department is the key contributor to the qualification of the 'Technology Platforms' (TP) developed in ST fabs through the design test and analysis of dedicated circuits (test-chips) More specifically, Silicon Data Analysis (SDA) team is analyzing test results supporting the qualification of these TP and the digital IPs (standard cells, memories, etc.) part of it. Within SDA team, and based in ST India / Greater Noida, you will be in charge of the analysis of the silicon results for these test-chips: the activity starts at the early stage of circuit & test specifications and continues with the analysis of the silicon data (test results), detailed comparison with CAD data, silicon debugging if necessary, and finally consolidation and review of all results with involved parties (design/test/modeling/process) in order to provide all deliverables required for the qualification of Techno Platforms and Digital IPs. Any gap (functionality or performance) between silicon and CAD must be analyzed. This position will allow to acquire large set of skills thanks to the interactions with several teams in TRD: design, test, modeling, process… In this job, initiative and proposals for improvement of the methodology are very welcome.
