Job description
1. Develop & nurture strategic and tactical partnerships at a National, Regional & city level to garner higher share of spends
2. Devise & implement execution plan to achieve retail spends target through partnership programs based on merchant categories
3. Devise strategies to grow merchant EMI offers on SBI Card portfolio to increase card spends and subvention volumes
4. Drive execution of marketing program across geographies and spend categories with merchant partners to increase the portfolio active rates
5. Monitor alliances spends program execution, measure outcomes and ensure feedback loop on learnings is completed with program owners to fine tune approach for future programs
6. Ensure effective utilization of allocated budget via constant monitoring of program costs
7. Monitor changes to regulatory guidelines with regards to recurring transactions, utility payments and merchant EMI to ensure necessary changes are incorporated in SBIC processes, policies and systems in a timely and accurate manner
8. Manage merchant EMI product & process to drive subvention volumes via strategic tie-ups
9. Scan the market to identify best practices/latest trends in marketing spends programs and recommend the same for adoption within SBI Card
10. Ensure proper documentation of program level data and business processes for audit readiness
