In order to build on our success to date, we are in the process of growing our in-house Talent Acquisition team.
As
Talent Acquisition Specialist , you will:
- Define best-practice recruitment processes for the local market
- Source active and passive candidates through digital campaigns, social media and innovative ways which will yield the best results
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process as part of a high-growth international business
- Create transparency through data to show recruitment is not a dark art and become a true partner to hiring managers and HR
- Help shape the way MKS is being recognized in the market
Alongside your enthusiasm for helping individuals achieve their potential in a new role, the following would be extremely helpful:
- Previous experience in talent acquisition, ideally with a focus on IT/technical and/or industrial profiles – we are employing a mix of white- and blue-collar profiles
- Ability to build and manage candidate pools, pipelines and think of new ways to engage talent
- Knowledge of working with KPIs such as time to hire, quality of hire, etc. would be beneficial
- Experience in working with applicant tracking systems (Workday, Taleo, ADP or similar) would be great!
- Fluency in English & any European language would be very helpful
