The ideal candidate should have 6 to 10 years of hands-on experience in API development, demonstrating proficiency in Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) and a strong background in .Net technologies. Exposure to SQL Server, stored procedures, and a commitment to Test Driven Development (TDD) are crucial for success in this role.
