Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Generation: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, lasting client relationships through effective communication and superior customer service.
- Lead Generation: Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and digital platforms.
- CRM Management: Continuously update and maintain accurate records in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database.
- Qualifications:
- Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com).
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Skills and Competencies:
- Strong knowledge and experience in TDS (Tax Deducted at Source).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving and surpassing targets.
- Working Conditions:
- Location: Gurgaon, Haryana.
- Full-time position with standard working hours.
