Practo provides a singular platform that helps consumers with all their healthcare requirements from finding the healthcare provider to booking an appointment, online doctor consultation, getting their tests done and even ordering medicines.Practo also makes software products that help healthcare providers ranging from clinics to hospitals digitize and deliver more efficient and higher quality healthcare to millions of patients around the world every day.Practo continues to be dedicated to centering healthcare around the consumer and helping billions of people live healthier longer lives.Role and Responsibilities :- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable and high-performance UI solutions using React and Node.js.- Lead the design and implementation of UI components and features, ensuring adherence to best practices and design patterns- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement within the UI development team- Collaborate closely with product managers, UX designers, and backend engineers to translate requirements into intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces- Optimize UI performance and responsiveness, identifying and addressing bottlenecks and performance issues- Stay current with emerging UI trends, technologies, and best practices, and incorporate them into ourdevelopment processesRole Specifications :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.- Experience - 5-8 years- 5+ years of professional experience in UI development, with a focus on building complex web applications using React and Node.js.- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and related web technologies.- Experience with modern UI frameworks and libraries such as Redux, React Router, Material-UI, etc.- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and experience integrating frontend applications with backendservices.- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies.- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot and debug complex UI issues.- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.- Experience mentoring and coaching junior engineers, fostering their professional growth and developmentWork location : Koramangala, Bangalore5 days work from officeBenefits :1.
