Role Description
This is a full-time Human Resources Manager role based in Ranchi. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's overall business strategy. They will manage the recruitment and selection process, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business objectives
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Experience in managing recruitment and selection processes
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compensation and benefits
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
