Job description

Based out of Delhi NCR region specializing in outbound Sales for our properties, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by expanding our client base and fostering long-term partnerships. This position requires a dynamic individual with proven sales experience and a strategic mindset to capitalize on outbound opportunities.

Reporting to Vice President, Global Sales, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to maximize revenue from corporate clients, travel agencies, and other outbound Channels.

Responsibilities

Outbound Sales strategy Develop and execute comprehensive outbound sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets Identify key markets and industries for outbound business development. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of industry changes Collaborate with the executive team to align sales efforts with overall business objectives

Client Relationships Management Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other relevant partners Regularly communicate with clients to understand their needs and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Conduct regular client meetings and presentations to showcase various hotel's offerings

Revenue Optimization Work closely with revenue management team to optimize pricing strategies for various outbound Segments Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary to maximize revenue Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials and campaigns

Negotiation and Contract Management Negotiate and finalize contracts with corporate clients and travel agencies Ensure all contractual obligations are met and facilitate contract renewals when necessary

Market Research & Analysis Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities Utilize market research to develop targeted sales plans and adapt strategies accordingly.

Travel & Representation Represent Ascott and our various brands at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings Travel extensively to meet with key clients, attend industry conferences, and explore business opportunities

Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Proven experience in outbound sales within the hotel industry Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities Strategic thinking with a results-oriented mindset In-depth knowledge of the hotel industry and outbound sales channels
