Position
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR professional to contribute significantly to various HR operations, including recruitment and selection, employee onboarding, records management, grievance handling, and attendance management. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining our commitment to ethics, experience, excellence, expertise, and efficiency.
Responsibilities - Assists the HR Manager/HOD in the administrative work related to recruitment and selection of candidates for approved positions.
- Handles the joining formalities including issuance of ID cards, issuance of coupons, and recording of relevant data. Ensures that copies of the professional certificates are obtained.
- Ensures proper upkeep of the personal folders of employees and also the records for ex-employees.
- Handles employee grievance matters.
- Maintains MIS related to HR activities.
- Manages attendance for employees and gives input to payroll.
Requirements - MBA with specialization in H.R
- A minimum of two years of experience in Human Resources
- Hospital Industry background preferred
- Ability to display integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality at all times
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
